Why we celebrate National Ghost Hunting Day?
There are numerous supernatural phenomena in the world that are interesting to study. Such phenomena are known as paranormal. Many people are scared of searching for ghosts or spirits, but not ghostbusters! The scientific community doesn’t recognize their work and can’t explain the supernatural phenomena. The National Ghost Hunting Day encourages people to overcome their fears and explore the nature of paranormal phenomena.
For the first time, the National Ghost Hunting Day was held by the Haunted Travels company. They organized events for everyone who was eager to discover the nature of ghosts. It was not only a scaring and fun, but a charitable event as well. The entire profit was sent to homeless animal shelters as charity.
What Do People Do?
On this day, ghostbusters assemble their ghost detecting equipment and go on a search. They search not only in abandoned houses, as many may think, but in public places as well. You can meet ghostbusters in parks, shops, and even near your neighbor’s house. Haunted Travels still helps to celebrate the National Ghost Hunting Day. Besides, various companies arrange tours to mysterious places that anyone can visit. Many people come from different countries on purpose to take part in the celebration. They take the chance to learn interesting information and try to catch ghosts.
How to Celebrate National Ghost Hunting Day?
The National Ghost Hunting Day is annually held on the last Saturday of September. It is celebrated in the USA. Take your friends and go on a ghost hunt. But don’t look for them in dangerous places, be careful. Try to explain supernatural phenomena from a scientific point of view. Even if you don’t meet any ghosts, you’ll have fun. Watch documentaries or horror movies. But if you don’t feel like tickling your nerves, we recommend watching the Ghostbusters movies or the Supernatural series.
