Why we celebrate Free Shipping Day?
Free Shipping Day is one of the most convenient and beneficial days for buyers and sellers. Shops organise free delivery of ordered goods. The concept is based on the fact that people don’t have to worry about delayed delivery of orders before Christmas. This idea allows people to buy more gifts with the money they save. The shops make a good profit. Both parties are happy, so everyone is looking forward to the day.
Luke Knowles came up with the idea of free delivery. While analysing the performance of his website, he noticed that around mid-December people stopped shopping online. He realised that this was due to their fear of not getting an order before Christmas, as many people were ordering presents. So he came up with a unique project that guaranteed free delivery before Christmas. This project was supposed to encourage people to do their shopping. And it was a fantastic success! In 2008, he organised a Free Shipping Day with Maisie Knowles in which several hundred shops took part. Each year the number of participants grew and continues to do so today.
What Do People Do?
Free Delivery Day is announced by newspapers, magazines, television and the shops themselves. People are happy to place orders. The retailers themselves decide to participate in the event. Regular participants include American Eagle, Target, Forever 21, Reebok, Walmart and several other shops. In order to get free shipping, the customer can be presented with a promo code, a coupon or automatically connected at checkout. It is therefore necessary to read the rules of this promotion carefully on the member’s website.
How to Celebrate Free Shipping Day?
Free Shipping Day is celebrated annually in mid-December. The date of the event changes every year, so we advise you to follow the announcement of this day on our website.
