Lailat al-Qadr is an Islamic holiday, on the night of which the anniversary of Mohammad is celebrated. The Prophet spent much time, especially during the Ramadan period, reflecting on the world around him. He sought help from people, to direct them to good, save them from moral evil. Sometimes he went to the cave of Hira, located on the hills near Mecca. Here he wrote verses of the Koran from God. Lailat al-Qadr celebrates the anniversary of this event. But there are inaccuracies when Mohammed wrote his first poems. Many Muslims view the last 10 days of Ramadan as holy days. During this period, Muslims go to the mosque, read the Koran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During Lailat al-Qadr, Muslims do not eat, do not drink, refuse to have an intimate life. On this day, they pray for forgiveness by reading the Koran. Lailat al-Qadr is a period of abundant blessing. Some Muslims spend more time in the mosque. In the afternoon they pray more often than they sleep. At night you can eat and drink. Since Lailat al-Qadr is more celebrated in the mosque, therefore this period of Ramadan is considered a community worship. Korn is read aloud. Lailat al-Qadr is not considered a public holiday in Canada, the US and other countries. Most Islamic organizations located on the territory of such countries may not work.<\/p>\n\n\n
